My 2022 XC60 - Driving Modes
Afternoon all
I picked up my first XC60 back in November and apart from a few quirks with the Google system I love it. The one thing I don't seem to understand is the lack of drive modes. I would've thought eco, comfort & sport would've been the bare minimum alongside the off road option. I'm currently averaging about 42 mpg from a combination of city & motorway driving which i think is quite good for a big car. However, my last 2 cars both 3 Series automatically dropped into coasting mode when I was either going downhill or on the approach to a junction. It helped massively with economy and I'm a little surprised this isn't a standard feature on the XC60 (all cars to be honest). Do you think this is something Volvo can introduce via an update? Sounds crazy asking if an update can alter a cars performance but you never know. |

Coasting is available in eco mode only, (at least it is on my Sensus XC90). I read on other posts on this forum you have to go into the centre screen pages to change driver modes on the Google cars.

MY22 XC60's no longer have "eco" mode as a selectable option. Not sure why, unless it is the usual "component shortage" reason....my MY21 B5D R-Design does have it
