Default 60g soot DPF cannot regenerate

HI
2007 V70 D5244T5
I tried to adapt values for DPF before trieng to regenerate. Half tank of fuel in the tank.
There is 60 g soot.
But the regeneration wont start.
Two fault codes on the DPF - none on the temperature sensor on DPF, so it should work.
Fault codes:
2B40 - DPF faulty signal
2B44 - DPF value
I havent zeroed the DPF counter though - should I?
Previous owner drived around with failed swirl flap, she said she'd done a regeretation once before, a year ago.
Ive cleaned up and changed the swirl flap obviosly and made an adaption on it.
Something else I should adapt after the change?
Its time for service and I havent done that yet - thought to do it afte the regeneration.
Thankfull fo ideas =)

It might benefit from a blast down the motorway

It feels like the car is not quite responding, not in the higher gears at least.

So - I took a long drive to a friend mechanic, who helped me change the timing belt. We also changed the diesel filter - that looked like it was changed last time in 2012 - when the previous owner bought the car.....
And drove quite a bit in third and fourth gear in 100-120 km/h.
Back at home - I could start the regeneration.
The soot was 60 g at start.
After one hour and 20 minutes - there was 6,18 grams left =)
Well - the text remained in the dash: "Engine service required" and fault code for DPF faulty signal.
So I tried to zero the DPF counter as well as adapted the pressure sensors for the DPF - and after that the fault code and text were gone and limb home was gone!!
Noticed that during the regeneration a lots of fault codes occured. Couple for glow plug relay for ex. I was able to turn them off though. Is that something that usually happens during regeneration?
