Differences between a '16 and '18 XC90?

Hi everyone. New here - I don't own a Volvo but am looking at some second hand options. Wonder if anyone would know or be able to point me in the right direction for comparing between a 2016 and 2018 XC90 T6 Inscription? Their second hand market prices seem to vary more than a 2 year age gap would usually warrant. Would things become very different yet again for a 2015 model?

From a few videos online, the differences I've seen so far are:

• Apple Carplay in later models (I've checked Apple's website that at least locally, 2016 models included Carplay already).
• Improvement to the doors covering exterior sideskirt to avoid dirtying your trousers/ankles on entry/exit (I haven't been able to verify yet).
• Faster console interface (many online comments suggest a Census update at the dealer will solve the issue; not sure if it makes them equal?).
• More paint and interior colours (not a point of concern from a second hand market perspective).

In terms of looks and all, they seem pretty identical to me. Not sure if there are any other under the hood improvements not noticeable just from the looks. Does anyone know?
