Default Noise from rear Drivers wheel

Hi all I’m new to this so I’m hoping you can help me?

I have a 2006 XC90 Sport AWD 2.4D (56k on the clock) – there appears to be humming noise coming from the drivers rear wheel at around 55mph-62mph

Here are lists of things that have already been carried out:-

New Disk and pads fitted around 2000 miles ago
All brakes stripped down and cleaned
New wheel bearing fitted today

Now here’s the thing – if I touch the foot brake the noise goes completely, I don’t mean really engage it hard, just rest my foot on it. The garage thought it was the bearing; they have confirmed it’s not a warped disk or the diff and they are also stumped

Does anyone know what would cause this?

if you hadn't mentioned the brake silencing it, I'd have suggested a balance check with a hum coming and going at that speed, from my limited experience.
