Hi Gatos,
Sorry to be an Arse but does it have the slider bolts with it and a couple of the mounting bolts if so, Then how would you want paying do you have paypal or some thing else. While on the subject, have been reading round the site and you seem to really know what you are doing. My question is how is the best way to remove the mounting bolts, on these, mine are seized solid part rounded, have tried Wd40 on them over the last few days, also some heat from a small blow torch. All I want to do is put a new dick and pads in have done all the other wheels, they all went fine. And many thanks for a fast contact back |

Hi Peter
Sometimes if the bolts are seized and rounded off you need to hammer the next size down 1/2" square drive bi-hex socket on to the head of the bolt; and I mean hammer it fully home. Then get a 900mm (or so) breaker and give it a good steady heave. It will go eventually or the bolt will break. Either way it will come apart. If the bolt doesn't break and comes out do not ever be tempted to reuse it. Often a lot of swearing helps too. HTH TimR |

Yes, carrier with both sliders and all four bolts...... And yes, paypal is fine.
With regards to the stuck bolts, I would be a bit careful with the blowtoch in that area, as the bearings are very near that area and you don't want to fry the grease in there. Either try hammering a 14mm impact socket and try undoing the bolts. I have an impact wrench and a loooong breaker bar which help with stubborn bolts. Or get a specialised kit like one of these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DAMAGED-BO...item3f23ed75f0 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/IRWIN-5PC-...item5d40320d92 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DRAPER-EXP...item4ac9ac74b9 Ot this one: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Silverline...item4ac9e5381a but I haver tried it, so can't confirm whether it is effective or not.
