Default V60 2019 Rear passenger door shut and cannot be opened

from either inside or outside. All other doors work ok. Found one video on how to remove a V40 door card and i am wondering if there is one for the V60 or do they share the same door card set up? Thanks

I had the same problem. Couldn't be bothered to try and fix it myself so I went to my very helpful dealer. They had to replace the lock mechanism, seemed it was something electrical as the mechanics were working properly. Volvo didn't want to know but my dealer did discount the cost a bit.
Is this becoming a common problem?

I had a similar problem, but on my 2019 V69 the right rear door would not lock into the shut position anymore. Very cumbersome, as you can not drive it with a door flapping about Ended up taking the lock mechanism unit out of the door which then proceeded to start working again by itself.... Bit of a complicated job, you need to be patient and proceed little by little. There's some instruction somewhere on Youtube ( may have been a V90 or XC90) but I lost the link.

I guess the biggest initial issue is not being able to open the door at all for access and removal of the door panel. Therefore expensive damage to the door panel could occur when trying to remove it. Also the door could actually be deadlocked which would be another not inconsiderable problem.

It's not an old car so I would suggest a visit to your local main dealer for advice and an indication of cost to rectify, then go on from there.

This is the most helpful.

It's the connector but replacing the handle will hide the real cause.
