Default getting the tracking done on an v70xc awd

hi all

just had my front wishbones replaced due to worn bushes.
now I want to get the tracking checked for alignment

what / where would you recommend getting the tracking done?
would I need to go to a 4x4 place for this or will any tyre place br ok?

Anywhere with a Hunter Alignment machine would be my recommendation.

Most tyre shops use the lasers which hook over the wheels, which have a huge margin for error if your rear wheels aren't correctly aligned.

The Hunter system will check all 4 wheels independently, so the rear can also be set correctly too. It will cost more, but at the end of the day the job has been done properly.

HTH.

any idea how long the alignment will last- does it depend how many bumps amd potholes you hit?

Yes - I have it done yearly myself, and definitely checked after any suspension or steering work.
