Default Lane departure warning

Anyone know how to make the lane departure warning beeps louder?

I find if I have music on, the warning beeps are almost inaudible.

I have a 2016 XC70

If it were me, I'd turn down the music & concentrate on looking where I was going

I have LDW. when music is on and LDW is activated the volume on stereo reduces to enable audible warning to be heard.
My car is 2015 xc60

My car also reduces the music volume, but even then, the volume of the warning sound is barely audible.

HUH! you all need my LDW system , not only does it warn of lane changing , it also informs me of excess speed , approaching other vehicles too closely & when i become hacked off with others who cannot drive in carparks . I have had this facility available in our Mondeo , my Merc sprinter , our toyota / vauxhall / citroen and finally our V70 . Actually it works in which ever vehicle she is sat in & bless her , I love her for all that .

A far better warning than gentle chimes & lowering music volume would be copper pads on the steering wheel & copper mesh sat bases linked to an old fashioned ignition coil to FIRMLY mark your attention to your wrongdoings .

I can build the circuits for very litle money & would ahppily fit to nominated clowns inhabiting your area . Just sort out a price & i will install in the middle of the night
