Hi,

Recently I discovered that the non drivers side headlight washer cover was missing.

I can source new covers but how do you fit them and what do they attach to? Does the bumper need to come off? Do you need a new washer nozzle too?

If it's just the plastic cover over the washer itself the bumper doesn't need to come off, you just need to grab the washer jet and carefully extend it out so you can clip on the cover. If you can't clip it on it might have snapped off and broken the clip(s) in which case you'd need a new jet nozzle. You should be able to get that off the rest of the washer without taking the bumper off too.
