Default Set of 4 Tethys alloy wheels

For sale is a set of four alloy wheels from my 2002 S60. They are the Tethys model and are 17".

The sale is for the wheels only: the tyres will come free with the wheels but are not described in the listing because one has a puncture and they all require replacement anyway.

The wheels are well used, with kerbing and some bigger bashes to the outer rim. The paint finish is poor, especially on the inside and between the spokes. When I had some new tyres fitted in autumn 2017 I was told that one wheel is slightly buckled. I suppose this was the result of a pothole strike because I don't often drive over kerbs at full speed whilst evading the police. The new tyres were still fitted and the car has been driving fine since, however my intention from that moment onwards was to change the wheels when the tread wore down.

Check the images to get an idea of the wheels' condition.

I imagine that if you have some experience the wheels could be refurbished successfully, if you were that way inclined. Alternatively, buying the set would provide you with the one single wheel you need for your set.

The wheels do not come with centre caps but do come with valve caps. Don't say I'm not good to you.

These wheels are for collection only. I'm near Cardiff and am available weekdays after 6pm and weekends.

If it becomes apparent that the wheels have no value then I'm happy to recycle them but I thought I'd see if anyone needed them on here first.

£100 for the set.

Anyone interested at £50? If not, I'll take the hint and recycle them!

Well, as explained these tyres are no good which is why they haven't been described in detail. They are a mixture of low tread and one puncture. The sale is really for the wheels, it's just that my hands are not quite strong enough prise the tyres from the rims so the tyres come free.

That’s ok, I have no intention to drive huge Milagros on one bad wheel. I just want to get to work and back while one of my wheels getting dry after refurb.
If no one will want a set and you will think to put them in a bin I will have one or two without puncture.
After I’m done with them I can pass them on to anyone who will want it.
