Sort of.
I did not do any major repairs nor fault diagnostics.
1. I cleaned the EGR really well - there was a bit of muck and it was not closing easily. I can imagine that EGR was force closing when turbo started to suck.
Now it's not bad.
2. I disconnected MAF - the cable is just dandling - it helps a lot as it is not going into limp any more.
3. On two cylinders I have injectors seals blown and I did not replaced them.
Instead I poured STP oil treatment in and drove the car on motorway on 4th gear to heat it up, then idle for good 10 minutes, repeat 3 times. The seals sort of clogged themselves.
Car has low power when cold and sufficient power when warm.
I am happy.

If you ever intend to replace the injector seals, do it now. Do not wait as the material that blows by the seals will glue the injector in place as well anything in the vicinity.

I speak as someone who spent many many hours digging out a broken injector retaining bolt using a hypodermic needle, bits of wire etc and brake cleaner.

The bolt was seized enough to snap on undoing (although may have partially broke prior to this) and was welded in with residue from the leaking injector.

After I dug the residue out I was able to push a bit of tubing over the bolt stub and undo it with my finger tips.

If your still having issues with power loss, take a look at this thread.
I had issues a couple of years ago and turned out to be a air shut valve that was allowing air to pass through whilst running.
