I won't have a Volvo until July so I'll have to wait for the next one.

Other than a disaster occurring I will be there with the S60. No reason why richard TD shouldn't turn up. We will overlook any non Volvo I am sure.
We did the Swedish trip last year and one of our Scottish members turned up with a SAAB and he was forgiven and another with a Freelander.
We will look forward to seeing the Volvo in July.

Good to see members that are going to attend putting names forward already, as this is also National 'Drive It day', it would be good to see as many as possible turning up. I realise some people will not know this early in the month if they will manage due to , shifts, family commitments, lame excuses, etc, but it would be great to have a good turnout.
Hope to see you all on the 26th.
Kevin.

You don't need a Volvo to come along. Some of us are quite liberal about that and would be happy to meet you regardless of the current wheels.

May well have a 'new' 480 and a replacement for Martin's 340 for this meet.

LOL @ SAAB driver being forgiven and LOL even more at the implication that the Freelander driver wasn't. Would a Citroen Xantia be allowed?

The Volvo is coming from my father. He was going to trade it in for an ex-demo Peugeot (which hasn't even started being a demo yet, hence the wait until July) but I couldn't let it disappear for the £250 they were giving him. It's a 1995 940S 2.4TD Estate. Quite a rare car I believe.
