Air Vent Emission - with Aircon on ?!?

Had a very strange & slightly worrying occurence this morning !

We are having some very unseasonal weather up here (i.e it's above zero

) so I fired on the aircon having already checked it worked before I bought the car & have also used it in short bursts since...to my horror, after a few minutes - out of the corner of my eye I saw what I initially thought was 'smoke' coming out of one of the vents !

However...I quickly realised that it was only from one vent & it was the one that has a small phone mount clipped onto it, so what I think was happening was, that with the difference in air temps & the small obstacle for the cold air to pass, it was acting like a wind tunnel & you could see the cold air arc'ing over the phone mount. It soon dissipated, so I am hoping there is no issue.

The aircon is certainly working - cold & no aroma ! Anyone any thoughts?

I had the very same from my previous s80 , the "" smoke "" was actually vapour from the aircon , in my case the stat on the condensor had stuck , so when you switched the a/c on it just kept getting colder , I never got round to changing it , just switched the a/c off when the smoke appeared , if I left mine on it would freeze solid and stop the air flow

It's simply the the cool air from the system chilling moisture in the air to a point where it condenses and you can see it. The humidity is relatively high. Not a problem.
