Intermittent Error - AWD DISABLED SERVICE REQUIRED
2013 XC90 T5 - I have had this error twice in the last 6 months - once for a week and once for a couple of days (and the AWD didn't work) but now is working ok.
I bought an OBD2 scanner from iCarSoft and it gave me the following readout: Error code 'DEM-000E' - Pump motor DTC Status: Present Any advice? I found a YouTube on how to service the Haldex 4 pump and change the filters. Does this sound like the best approach given the above? Thanks. |

Advice is to remove and inspect DEM. Both for mechanical wear (oil, filters, motor) and corrosion in electronics and connector.

Thanks. Found a Youtube clip and looks a bit of a fiddly job being under the car but will give it a go!
