The bonnet doesn't seem to close tight. If I push it down there's a bit of travel...anyone else have this?

Couple more snaps after a bit of detailing:

Pretty sure the give is normal. I would go and try mine but it's raining at the moment, sorry!

Impressive shine btw.

Slight movement of my bonnet if I push down, but don't see it as a problem. Not as if it rattles.

Car looks very good - it is a great feeling when you have finished washing, polishing & waxing a car.

My bonnet also has a small amount of movement if you press down on it - I was concerned about it, but my Dealer told me that this is how it should be.

Cool towing and detailing

First bit of towing done, no issues, plus a nice bit of detailing, the paint comes up a dream. Like my other car, the colour really changes in different light, dark brown, red, orangey copper...

(had to shrink photos down so quality is a bit naff)

Looks very nice in that colour. I nearly chose Java but ordered osmium grey instead with all beige interior.

Question Tyre depth

Is anyone aware of any volvo selekt guarantee on tyre depth above the 1.6mm limit?

I didn't properly check the tyre depth at inspection and the fronts are on the indicator markers.. :-(

I thought I read a 3.5mm minimum depth on selekt cars but I can't find that anywhere so might have just made that up.

I've sent a message to volvo car UK also...
