Default Tailgate remote not working.

Having trouble with the remote locking/unlocking of the tailgate on my 2002 V70 T5. Read loads of posts so far. I have deduced there is not enough current going to the actuator, shows at about .25 on the multimeter. I have tested the actuator with a separate power supply and works fine. Swopped relays around and changed the fuse, still not working with the remote. Is my only option now to trace the wires for breakages?

Found and fixed the problem by splicing the wires.
