  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

I think you are confused about what each bulb is. There is no separate DLR in a 2003 XC90 - the dipped headlight bulb is the DLR. You are probably seeing the side marker lights and/or position lights. Check your handbook.

Try swapping the headlight bulbs.

gmonag,

The Haynes manual states that the small “side light” is classed as the DLR. please see pic. Just going off the info I have at hand.

That picture was taken when only side lights were selected @ the switch!! Not dipped or main! Everything and all bulbs function correctly apart from when side lights are selected!

For the sake of clarity, which position was your lighting switch in when you took the photo, according to the image I've attached?

A "All Off"
B "Parking"
C "All On"?
