This is a very comprehensive guide to a rebuild. I've just recently fitted a new(old) turbo to mine. I'm an extremely inexperienced diy mechanic and i'll not lie, it is a bloody awkward job, but very do-able.
Garages were looking for around 3hrs labour to fit new one

Thank you! Great guide! Is those kits good? I have seen a specialist sell one for £125, I was thinking it is the same, just with a higher price.. Have you done a lot of miles since the change?
