v70r what's it worth?
Hi i am thinking of selling my awd auto which i have had for over 8 years and spent many thousands on its upkeep.
Mileage 179,000, and drives very well. 6,000 miles ago i replaced all shocks, including nivomats at rear , complete front suspension, drop, links, arms, bellows, discs, and pads, all Volvo parts. The had a new cylinder head gasket due to valve smoke on start up, with a new water pump and timing belt. I have always used Mobil 1 oil and Volvo filters, including the pollen filter. The car has never had any body repairs, all paintwork is original, from 1998, except for bumpers which have been resprayed and could do with another. Recent 4 Michelin tyres all round, as well as wheel refurb, however could do with new front tyres as worn on inside edge, tracking needs checking. Car has a full stainless steel sport exhaust, from the turbo back, and sounds very meaty.Clifford alarm fitted, with 2 fobs and remote start from fob. Overall a very nice example , not the usual worn out exampler, which has been used as a occasional car never towed or used as a mobile van. There are no clonks from the drive train, just a rattle from the rear, i think it is coming from inside the tailgate, however not always present. Car comes with all bookls and lots of history,as well as new carpet mats, bumber protector cloth, and full working air con, radio, and heated seats/mirrors. Please remember, that even though body paint is original, it does have a few very small marks and scratches. car is in Pwllheli North Wales ,but can take to Manchester at weekend. Please call/text 07808 152 588 for further details. Julian |

Interesting car.
Looking at the ebay bids it is nearly worth coming over and snapping it up.

Gorgeous Car
If sterling was not so strong against the Euro I'd be on the Ferry from Ireland to buy. GLWS!
