Bottom edge of the bootlid on mine is "bubbling" and isn't covered under the warranty "if it had been in the middle of the panel it would have" to quote the man from Volvo - haven't yet decided whether to try Little Knocks (or something similar) or wait til one the right colour turns up on fleabay. It's not really noticable......
 None anywhere else.

My 98 V40 has only two problem areas: bottom of the rear gate, one tiny bubble on the edge and one area around the grille in the hood. Anyways I got a big can of clear waxoyl so the car is getting a proper wash, body cavity waxing and a resin polish.
