Hi Martin, if you have a leather one why not just swap the tops over, 3 torx screws and 2 minute job. Just a suggestion

Martin, I'm happy to send you just the workings and not the velour top, for £15 posted. Then you could fit your existing arm rest to it, or do you need actually need a replacement rest too ?
