Default s40 xs one year mot 70700 miles glasgow

hi i bought this as a fixer upper
it has good body and wheels
its a y plate reg 2001
interior is good although could do with a clean
i moted it 3 weeks ago
it needs a radio
it idles erratic when cold
but is fine when it heats up
it also needs two head light wipers
i havent got the trime to do those jobs just now
so if any one on hear wants a cheap volvo
they can have it for £400 its taxed till the end of the month
im in glasgow im lookinking for a quick sale no offers at this price
car has been sat with the courtesy light on so will need a jump/battery

hi do you have any ideas on why it idles at 2000 rpm . got me home ok but seems drasticly underpowered, almost had to stop through the clyde tunnel wouldnt go over 20mph on the uphill side

dont have any ideas may be the idle control valve
i just dint have the time to look at it hope you get sorted out

probably could do with a service i don't really don't see to much being wrong with it
given the mileage no doubt someone on here will get you sorted
