  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.

4 years is good enough for me, do you have a picture of exactly where you inserted the wire?

Greg if this doesn't work then that would be my next job

Yes in the video at the end I zoom in and clearly show where the homemade clips are inserted.

Have you measured your clutch gap to establish if this is the fault?
Have you watched the video to the end?

Yes it's measuring a little over 0.8mm, works if I apply pressure and also of I cool it with water it comes back on instantly

Ok well my video was filmed in HD so just use a larger screen to view it.
Failing that, Google clutch gap fix for other photos.

Did it today with zip ties, so far so good but is a cooler day today, will know tomorrow if it has worked as am going on a 100 mile journey

Update - I have now done approx 800 miles since installing zip ties, part of which has been during a heat wave, and the air con is blowing icey cold, thanks to all who have helped
