Default track rod ends

hi
anyone had problems with bending of track rod ends? our xc90 went in for its first mot and we were told that one had bent and it was not a warranty problem. to be honest the car has never been off road and was serviced one year ago , since then we have not driven it into pot holes etc.
any ideas?
thanks in advance
noted previous posts re poor acceleration, we advised our dealer of this 3 yrs ago and have had software upgrade, no good, so i count to three at junctions and close my eyes!
barry.

The only thing i can imagine if as u say u dont drive into pot holes etc and like you say ur car has never been off road. Do you tend to "bump" curbs when parking etc or anything like that? Other than that i cant really help.

Hope you get it fixed alright
