Daft question but have you done a sensus map update at all? My maps are up
To date and my apps have worked since day 1 not sure I have ever tried the web browser tho I wonder if the 500 error is due to the browser trying to find an old homepage and not handling the error what happens if you press apps again you should get back to the app menu then go for weather as that one is still live do you still get a 500 error? |

Hi, I got a 2016 XC60 about a month ago, this has the same issue! If I don’t manage to find a solution I will check with dealer when it eventually goes in for the recall work, see if they have any ideas.

Ok sounds like it’s trying to load the browser press the globe again what happens if a black menu pops up with apps press that

When I park near the house I can pick up and log-on to the home WiFi and the Sensus browser works on mine, although it seems slow and has poor graphics so I don't know why you'd bother. Additionally I get a list of pre-loaded apps but I've never tried using any of them.
