Hi all This must be a fairly common problem when the 3 bolts which nip down the plastic rail that has the wiring for the injectors running across the top of it, turn but don't come undone, I assume it's due to the threaded metal insert in the plastic manifold spinning rather than staying still. My engine is the 1.6 turbo diesel driv-e version in a V50. 2 out of the 3 bolts will not come undone which is a pain as I need to get the injector seal done on one cylinder. Any tips for dealing with this problem and getting the bolts undone sucessfully would be great! Last edited by NottsDave; Mar 7th, 2022 at 19:48.
