fault codes
Hi all just wondering if anyone has had this engine code keep cropping up.
I have a 2011 spec XC70 with the 205 BHP D5 engine, it keeps coming up with a unknown fault code of 252F00 as read with a S&P SPI reader. Does not seem to cause any problems with the running of the car, just a bit annoying having to read it every time you start up. Cheers Simon. |

Don't think so it would tell you on the message display, but worth looking at just as a case of elimination, will post back any findings.

I have same problem with my XC60 D5 2011. Oil level shows over max but when I last time change oil level was on half (normal).
First idea was that diesel gets thru diesel pump to engine. Non volvo mechanic said code 252f00 means that Engine Oil level sensor problem. I don't have manual oil level measurement so I can't confirm where is real problem. Any one know where is oil level sensor and replacing it will solve problem? |
