  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Question Air in the fuel line?

As I mentioned in a previous post (apologies for the spam) I accidentally touched the fuel bleed valve, which is located just below the fuel filter in my S40 2.0D.

Now I started noticing air bubbles in the fuel hose, as can be seen in the video below:

Now, I don't remember if this used to happen or not, but I don't think it is a good thing; wouldn't it damage the injectors? Is it normal to have air bubbles in the stream? Will they eventually stop? the car runs just fine - but I just want some piece of mind!

Problem SOLVED!! Just replace the diesel filter !!
