"Sport"???
Hi all.
Firstly, apologies if this is in the wrong place to post this. I've only just joined the forum and am still finding my way round. Having learnt to drive in a 240 GLE estate many years ago, I have just bought a 2003 V40 1.9 diesel estate and I'm glad I've gone back to a volvo. Getting into it after a few years of driving a mondeo estate has reminded me of how good a better quality car is to drive. My question is that the V40 I've bought is a "sport" version. Is there any real difference between this and any other V40 of the same year? I've tried googling it without success so I thought maybe the forum would be able to help. Many thanks, Matt |

Thanks for the reply Cookie.
I take it the springs would explain the "firm" ride? When I test drove it I was on good town roads but I've found that on older B roads, every bump is noticeable. Not that I'm complaining. I got it at a good price and it's in cracking condition with a full history, and I'm loving the heated seats. Matt |
