Looking for a pretty tidy 700 or 900 series Volvo . Yes I know some people will say theirs is worth four figures ... but we all know that realisically they will never get this .

So anyone have something ... I have around £400 to spend .

Hi Mike

Spencer rhys has one posted in the wants section at £600 and that looks tidy and has 8 months tax on it plus good service history.

I'm looking for one myself but I'd like a very nice condition 4 cyl GLE estate for which I'm quite willing to pay an unrealistic 4 figure sum. Spencer is keeping an eye out but doesn't know how how long it'll take.

Anyone out there want to part with their pride and joy?

I have a 7 seater 740 tidy body work although headlining needs replacing and one of the interior door pockets is broken. Other than that perfect as far as I know. Well serviced runs nicely. Tax & test til October.

Dear Sir,
We have a 960 24v FS Auto in black 1994 with 130k miles. Excellent condition throughout (no rust, dents, etc.) Full leather interior, cruise control, stereo, elec seats, sunroof, etc. etc. (all options on FS, accessories etc.) Mot to 03 12 Tax to 01 12.
Known faults: aircon requires attention and maybe parts and ABS warning light is on (we are informed by the servicers that there is nothing wrong with the brakes). Regularly serviced.
Sounds too good to be true? But the dealers don't want to know (because of size, age, etc.) We would prefer it to go to good appreciative home and would consider any reasonable offer (we can't obtain a reliable value)
