Thanks Dave
recirculating air setting in vida goes from low to 100% when spraying fluid,
Steve check that you are looking in the recirculating air setting when testing in vida

Similar to my experience, but that's more than the £311 + VAT I was recently quoted for part number 08665059.

Hi! My name is Damiano and I'm from Italy.
I'm the owner of an 2005 XC70 D5 LHD 230.000 km.
I've tried to change the AQS with a brand new VW one bought from the eBay, with no result.
What I obtained is a CCM-DD20 error.
I tried also a CCM recalibration with Vida, but the process never stopped. So I needed to reinstall the old AQS and recalibrating again the CCM. The CCM-DD20 error disappeared and the CCM-0040 came back.
Any suggestion?
