Default Bluetooth Voicemail

Hi, can anyone help?

Is it possible to access voicemail (Iphone 3G) via XC60 bluetooth.

There is an option to enter 'voicemail number' in the phone settings, but I'm not sure what this is, or how to get it.

...just by way of intro, got XC60 SE Lux at the start of the month, and just back from a 2,000 mile round trip to Northern Spain with wife & 9 week old baby - absolutely loving the XC60, made the trip so very easy, and a real pleasure for all of us.

I press 1 on the XC60 telephone keypad and this links to the phone where the number 1 is the default for getting voice mail. This then dials 121 which is the Vodafone code for VM. I don't use a 3gs, but I have seen the guys who have them call VM in the same manner

I assume that you phone is set up the same way, so this should work (I assume that you have whatever shortcode your network needs plgged into the phone)

Cheers - yes that works. I'm on 02 so enterered 901 as voicemail number, then press 1 to access.

..another success. Nothing but praise for this car so far (apart from the lights on permanently).

Particularly enjoying DAB option - stations like Talksport are suddenly crystal clear, and I was able to listen to the football on 5live extra on the way home.

No problems - good to be able to help someone after all the guidance that others have given me

I am also enjoying my shiny new car - always looking for an excuse to get into it and drive somewhere!

I don't have the DAB, and I miss Radio 5 - and I hear that new orders will be getting it FOC!!!
