XC60 centre console CD button sticking

Just noticed last night that when I changed from CD to FM it won't work? Upon close inspection I noticed the CD button was stuck and was not flush with rest of buttons. After few wiggles it eventually pop'd out and I was able to push FM button. It seem only CD button is sticking.

Now I've driven the car several time and I usually switch between FM, AM and CD while I drive and never have any issue. Therefore I assume this is most recent one - last time I drive a week ago. The day before was very hot day and the car was parked on the street while missus was out to collect kid from the school. Not sure whether that has anything to do with it but can't think any other reason at the moment.

While the CD button is stuck if I insert thin piece of paper between the silver trim and button it pops out - suggesting somehow the button has the clearance issue with the trim when it was fine before?

Probably this is too small issue to bring the car in for service and I'm sure we can live with it till next service which isn't due for few more months.

Just curious whether any other XC60 owners have similar issue and was it easy fix or much more involved?
