Can anyone recommend who can refurb the turbo and do some work on the manifold too.

Now your the second to recommend Owen Developments, will take a look.
Got the turbo and S60R manifold both for £210 including delivery so don’t mind spending a bit on refurb and port and polish on the manifold. Just need to get to bottom of engine noise, hoping it’s tappets and not bent rod! |

I used turbo technics, have been great.
They were the only company that sounded keen on the phone, after sales has been really helpful too. |

defo get that k24 rebuilt if you got it that cheap. the hot side will be cracked aswell, but will still function fine. is it a V band charge air out or the silicon hose style?
last one i had rebuilt cost £400+ for a brand new CHRA plus a ceramic coating on the hotside. forget the manifold, gasket match the head

It might be better to get a good Indy to order and fit parts if you want a valid warranty. A registered business can order ZF Sachs parts and they are very good in extended warranty terms beyond the UK one year guarantee.
