Default XC60 Wheel question

I bought my XC60 about 9 months ago as a Selekt car from a Volvo dealer. At that time the car had approx. 8,000 miles and was about 9 months old, so almost new.

A few weeks back I had the misfortune to hit a pothole which ripped a hole in the tyre and caught the rim of the wheel. Although the tyre was buggered, the damage to the wheel was cosmetic, so I have replaced the tyre and have been looking for another wheel to replace the damaged one.

I have now determined that the wheels on my XC60 are 18” Tamesis (see photo), and I have had a problem finding another wheel because I have been looking for an XC60 wheel, but today I stumbled across the wheel I'm looking for listed for the V40.

So my question is ….. were these wheels optional on the XC60 or has someone replaced the original wheel with these Tamesis wheels?

Any thoughts?

sorry it's me , when I enlarged the picture I could see they are the same however your size is 7.5x18x55 the 55 means the wheel centre line is 55 mm from the hub centre line these dimensions are cast into the wheel so if the V40 ones have the same width , diameter and offset then they will be ok …

I'm going !

The photo shows the standard wheels supplied on my XC60. As far as I know this is the default wheel used in the last year or two on most XC60 models apart from Rdesign, meaning pre-2018 models.

I don't think you have any worries, it all seems correct.

Sorry to hijack this thread, I have a 2016 XC60 SE Lux with 18" wheels, does anyone know if my set of winter wheels will fit on the latest current model when I come to change?

Isn't the part number stamped on the inside of the wheel?

Think they were standard on SE LUX only...

Thanks for your replies.

Checked on of the wheels last night and it is a 7.5J 18" with a ET55 offset, part number on it was 31445568.

I just find it strange that Volvo don't list this wheel as a XC60 wheel but as a V40, unless I'm doing something stupid in my searching.

Now all I have to do is try and find one in a decent condition.

edit:
I have just looked on line for this part number and this wheel appears on loads of european sites (Dutch, Italian, etc.) as an XC60 XC90 Tucan, so it would appear it is more common on the european versions of the XC60. Also, I thought the XC60 and XC90 had different wheel specifications.
