No Clan, i cant read it. It is Wirral Volvo (Graham Wrightson) that are investigating for me, and they are very good there. They are testing my old dpf today which i recovered from the garage who replaced it so will wait for the results

Thanks

Ok, so heres the update, The garage just called me up and said the pressure through the old DPF seems fine on the bench and they are confident it will perform on the car well. Have to see, but not sure what is causing the random judder at different speeds and different gears. If i let off it clears otherwise it normally results in limp mode. They are going to see if the engineers down the road can re thread the partially ruined thread on the old DPF
