XC90 Drive train rumble at 35 - 50 MPH

I bought this car a couple of weeks ago and have noticed a slight noise under acceleration or when going up a hill etc at 35 - 50 MPH, before and after that it's totally silent... any ideas ?

2003 Model AWD

Would suspect wheel bearings first But have you checked 4 wheel drive it may be the drive sleeve and rear wheel angle drive.

Is it also rpm depended? Between 1500-1800 rpm?
I also got a slight rumble added with a ringing noise. Look at vid in my post about drive shaft noise
