Default Xc60 engine flushing

Xc60 engine flush and Dpf cleaning.
So been burning alot of oil lately, When I first realised It was doing about 500 miles to 1/2 LT.
Then down to 250 miles then 130.
I know about the oil ring problem.
During this period the dpf was locking up, Short story put a cleaner through from the dpf hose and all seems good on that for the last couple weeks.
Desided to do an engine flush with molly, New filters and 5 Lts oil 0w20 fully synthetic.
Using car scanner to keep track of oil in mm and see how we go.
Will post back when I have to top up.

Is it a 4 cylinder 2.0l or a 5 cylinder 2.4l?

I'd be guessing 2.0 4-pot VEA based on the 0w20 oil...

Could also be turbo seals on their way out.

It is indeed 2.0 4 pot.
I got my mechanic to have a look at it a couple of months ago, He said he investigated the Turbo and was OK???, I suspected the Turbo for the shear amount it was using.
I dont know how easy it is to check the Turbo myself?.
I would rather get over this problem as I love the car.
