Dash cam
I am going to be fitting my dash cam soon.
It does not transmit any radio waves, Bluetooth or WiFi included. Is there anywhere on the windscreen it is recommended NOT to fit it? I am leaning towards putting it on the plastic housing behind the rear view mirror 🤔🤔

I put mine on the plastic behind the mirror like you thinking. Got a good view of the whole front end.

Great. Thank you.
Could I power it from the interior lights?

I purchased a fuse jumper and a longer power lead then connected straight into the fuse box under the passenger side. Had to modify the cover slightly to allow the cable out. If I remember correctly i just plugged into the fuse holder for the 4C chassis which was live on ignition and connected the negative to an earthing point. I don't have 4C and it was spare and easy to get to. Saved cutting into wires which I hate doing.

Wouldn't the interior light assembly have power all the time? Or some weird on/off stuff going on when you lock/unlock the car?
I powered mine from the passenger socket, messing with the fusebox was far too complicated.
