I needed two of them as well! I also later learned Suplex is a subsidiary of a major spring manufacturer, can't remember who now and it wasn't Kilen or Lesjofors as far as i recall. It might have been a subsidiary of another firm owned by Lesjofors in which case they're OE spec, same as Kilen would be as Lesjofors were OE as far as i know.

Loosen wheel nuts, jack up and remove wheel, loosen shock abosrber bolts, axle stand under reinforced section of either sill or chassis, trolley jack under axle, take weight of axle on jack, remove shock bolts and lower axle. Lift shock and spring out, clean spring seats then Haynes it with new components. Final tightening of shock mounting bolts with weight of car on wheels. I also added a smear of grease on the contact points of the new springs.

Lower shock absorber bolts
Start by checking the lower shock absorber bolts first. I got the nuts off all right, but never managed to get the bolts out of the shock absorber bushings. The rubber absorbed all the hammering and force I tried to apply on it. Finally the guy from my garage hammered them out with a pneumatic tool.

I've linked to aftermarket parts further up this thread, KYB shocks and Suplex springs. As pointed out, Suplex is a manufacturer of springs, i think they are a subsidiary of a better known company but either way they're good kit.
If you want to go for Volvo genuine stuff it'll cost a lot more!
