Default Replacement wiper blades. Which ones?

Having just changed all three blades on a Honda today for fancy flat blade ones at less than £20 for three, I wondered whether anyone’s changed a set on their XC90? If so, for what brand and model and at what price?
Not having much luck on-line shopping for this car. There seems to be some doubt about blade model numbers and whether they will fit properly.

What is the price of genuine Volvo blade? Prices I’ve seen seem to indicate upper thirty Pounds.

Ebay have them and the rear wiper if required

I have seen some cheaper ones as well.

I had all of mine changed, admittedly V90, at the last service by the dealer for £25. I was a little surprised as that was less than Halfords wanted.

I use Trico as I find Bosch short-lived before getting irretrievably smeary.
Trico have proven very long lived and effective. They did manufacture the very first wipers though, so did have a head-start! 😁

I just did main dealer as the attachment seemed quite unique and I didn't see the point in risking it to save a tenner, the were just over £30.00

Yes, it is the attachment that worries me. I dont recall seeing anything quite like that before. There are quite a few choices on Amazon and eBay but no consensus on model, even of a Bosch model number.
At £25-30 it is not worth looking around for anything other than genuine for me. Any more than that though and i will put the effort in on a matter of principle

According to the online service price indicator my local dealer wants £65 for two blades. Yeah, right...

I agree regarding Bosch wipers, on my previous cars I gave up on Bosch as they only lasted a year.
Years ago after one of mine had a nick in the blade and I was in a Wilkinsons store (now Wilko) I bought a very cheap set of Wilko blades for a few pound as a get me by and they turned out to be the best wipers I ever had and very long lasting, they were that good I bought a second stand-by set for my last car and they are still in my garage unused.
I also think that a lot of the Bosch blades on online outlets are fake chinese copies but in some cases after my experience with genuine Bosch blades that might not be a bad thing.

Talk nicely to your dealer - I paid around £35 a couple of months ago. Decided I'd go genuine Volvo for the sake of a few quid. Worth checking that non-volvo blades are the right length (many seem to be a bit shorter).

Ouch! I see that. On the bright side, that includes the five minutes labour taken to swap them out and the cost of disposal of the old blades.

I paid £18 for a set of three for the Honda, consisting of flat 16" and 26" plus a classic rear 12". Fitted them all yesterday in less than 10 minutes.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Can't honestly see why a set for the XC90 should cost more than 15% more or £25 for a set of three.
