Yours is one of the 2016 model years which cannot be deciphered and diagnosed by the system I provide so unfortunately I can't help you.
Other sellers may be able to help but get cast iron guarantees before parting with your money.

Feel free to now edit it your post and remove your chassis number.

I’ve been looking for a diagnostic system to enable me to change my ATF but very cheaply.
My old Asus seems to have the memory available but when I try to load Windows 7 Pro it says that support ended on 14 January 2020.

Could you offer any advice please?

Windows 7 support has ended so security wise, it's not a good idea to use it for regular internet use but 7 can still be installed and Vida will also install no problem providing the RAM and minimum free HDD space criteria are met.
You can keep it with 7 Professional as a dedicated diagnostics laptop once Vida is installed and stable or you can upgrade a genuine and activated 7 Professional installation to 10 Pro for free and use the laptop as normal day to day.

If your CPU supports Virtualization, you can just go straight to Windows 10 and run Vida in a Windows 7 virtual machine and if you're buying a tested and guaranteed working VCX from me, clear guidance, downloads and videos are available for all of the above.

When it comes to technology, I’ve not a clue.
My ancient laptop is now trying to load windows 7 pro for free.
Don’t know if it’ll work cos it’s really slow.

To be honest, I don’t really understand a fair bit of your message.
The tech bits.
My laptop tells me it has 3.89 GB of space.
Don’t understand about HDD etc.

Slate n chalk are about my level.

I can do the ATF change spanner wise.
Volvosweden does an excellent video on YouTube.

It’s the plug in and fiddle about stuff that hurts my amoeba.

If this download works and I can get the Vida on there I’ll be in the market for one of your quality controlled Dice units.

Just get the operating system on then get back in touch.
Based on your described IT skills, I wouldn't attempt installing Vida without experienced guidance and I can even control your laptop and do the Vida installation remotely if necessary so you have pain free options.
