V60 LED number plate light

Did Volvo ever change from bulbs to LED for these? All my searches have revealed nothing so it seems not.
Thought about after market but have seen so many poor ones that are either too dim or wildly too bright and angled badly, so I don’t want to go down that route.

Osram they are perfect fit for volvo and no issues for almost 2year now.

Led fitted from osram for number plate lighting.
