Default Water leak into passengers side front footwell (L.H.D.)

Hello and good evening to you all.

I'm having a problem with my 2004 Volvo V50, left hand drive.
After every rainshower, there is water dripping from under the dashboard, onto the footwell. There is so much water that after one night of rain, i collect some 2 liters / half a gallon of water.
Drips are coming from the steel pipe/strut that runs along the width of the car onder the dash.
It takes a while to start dripping, about half an hour after first raindrops have fell, and continues to drip for about 2 days after the rain.
Took glovebox out completely, and everything is dry behind the dash, except for the part where it drips from.

So i've been googling around for a few days now, and ruled out the most common issues.
Here is a list of what i have tried:
A/C drain hose: is clean and open.
Windscreen scruttle/cowl: is clean and when i pour water in, it runs out immediately from behind the wheels/inner fender.
No sunroof, so no blocked drains.
Windscreen is not loose.
Inside/behind the A-pillar trim is completely dry.

Did anyone have this issue too, and could perhaps tell me what there fix was?
Added a picture to explain where the water drips.
