S80: Information - Rear Headrest removal/adjustment

Anyone know how to remove or raise the rear headrest on the latest shape S80?

reach un der the head rests mine has leather trim that had to un cliped then there is a foam block and under this there is ametal plate with 2 bolts screwing it into the seat back rests very fiddly job i had to re fit mine after the guy i bouth the car of took them out to fit car seats. good luck
