Tic Tac noise after shutting down V60 D3 (2019)

Hi,
When I turn off the engine, I can hear a Tic Tac noise coming from the motor. Does anyone knows where is coming from?

Hi,

Normally according to the manual, the TA should reset automatically after 4 hours of non usage of the car. In my car, since some days, no way to reset it.
