Exclamation I spotted a camouflaged Volvo P1800?!

Hi all!

(apologies in advance if this is not the correct forum to post this at, mods feel free to move it)

I posted this at Reddit earlier, but would like to see if anyone here has a clue on what is going on with this camouflaged Volvo P1800 that I managed to get to (not so good) shots of close to the Volvo test track in Sweden:

Anyone here got any inside on what could be going on??

I'd say that this is just an interesting wind up. Reddit comments pose the possibility of it being used as a test bed for a drive train etc but why make it conspicuous. As a more or less standard red 1800 it would get very little attention. New model camo for a bit of fun IMO and it's working.
