No service on app updates

I cannot get my v90 to connect to the app update service, says no service available and selecting app updates give a blank screen. Using the cars modem and all apps seem to work ok and download date. Ie weather app and local search all work fine. I have the globe symbol showing a number of bars. Anyone experienced this or know of a solution?

Following. Mine does not download the apps which are due for update. Spotify and weather still work fine.

I’m using a GiffGaff sim in the car modem. When it renewed last week all the updates appeared and I got the notifications of map updates - all working fine now. Complete mystery, dealer was clueless!
