ok.. disc brakes would be an advantage alright especially if you're engine is going to be hotted up/replaced with something bigger.

i'm looking forward to see what you're making, DJS..

Cheers, and yup, this should be a fun one.

I've finally got the car into the workshop after years of waiting. The other Volvo is out and in storage now.

If I can complete certain things, like getting the 240 axle in and a couple of other tasks,the project is on. It's looking good so far. I'm off to talk to a chassis engineer tomorrow to run some modifications by him.

The car itself is totally rot free (never welded) and is superb condition. Just right for this project. I've had it for a very long time and have been saving it for this.

More in the next few weeks.
