The angle adjustment is the paragraph above. It does seem to suggest in the paragraph below that the auto retract when locking is also on cars with electric memory seats.

Actually, reading it again, I think it does mean folding, but maybe that was different in 2012 from 2011. I looked at my car today and went into the mirror options and it lists folding as the only option - and that's a simple on/off option. I know, from using the car that, if I press the two L/R mirror buttons on the armrest it folds the mirrors and press again to unfold them (useful when meeting agricultural machinery round here!), but that's all it will do.

My 2012 XC70 Lux folds the mirrors on locking and will also fold and unfold them by pressing both R and L buttons simultaneously. If the auto fold on locking function is available on your car, it can be activated/deactivated in the menu system MY CAR under Settings>Car settings>Side mirror settings>Fold mirrors.
